Yes. All of our products are 100% authentic. As a growing startup, we source directly from trusted suppliers in Asia, which allows us to offer unique and niche products that are still relatively new to the English-speaking market.

Because we ship from our warehouses in Asia, delivery times may be longer than those of local or large-scale brands. As a growing brand, we’re continuously improving our logistics and shipping partners to reduce wait times as we scale.
You may notice that some tracking numbers show movement through China. This is due to our courier’s international logistics network, which routes packages through regional hubs. Rest assured, your order is on its way from us and progressing normally—you should receive it shortly.
